Lux Precision Manufacturing Quote Terms and Conditions

1. Validity:

This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

2. Pricing:

Prices are in USD and are based on the specifications provided at the time of the quote. Any changes in specifications may result in a price adjustment.

3. Payment Terms:

Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

 

4. Delivery:

Delivery times are estimates and subject to change based on manufacturing schedules and material availability.
Lux Precision Manufacturing is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, supplier delays, natural disasters, or transportation issues.

 

5. Shipping:

All products are shipped FOB (Free On Board) Lux Precision Manufacturing’s facility.
Shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

 

6. Quality Assurance:

Lux Precision Manufacturing is AS9100D certified and adheres to strict quality control processes.
Any discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of goods.

 

7. Warranty:

Lux Precision Manufacturing warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products at Lux Precision Manufacturing’s discretion.

 

8. Cancellations and Changes:

Orders canceled after acceptance may be subject to cancellation fees, including costs incurred for materials and labor.
Any changes to the order must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges or revised delivery dates.

 

9. Confidentiality:

All drawings, designs, and specifications provided by the customer are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

 

10. Liability:

Lux Precision Manufacturing’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Lux Precision Manufacturing is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

 

11. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Arizona.

12. Acceptance:

Acceptance of this quote constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
